All orders ship within 1-3 business days tracked and insured. Tracking information will be provided once the orders have shipped.
We offer free domestic shipping through USPS for all orders shipping within the United States. This covers the 48 contiguous states as well as Alaska and Hawaii.
We currently ship worldwide through USPS. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery is typically between 6-10 business days.
If by some reason we are unable to reach you, a full refund will be issued.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customs, duties, and taxes on international orders are not included in the price of goods or the shipping costs.
If applicable, you are solely responsible for paying these costs collected by the carrier upon delivery. We are unable to estimate these costs.
If you are unsure what to expect, please check with your customs office before purchasing.
We will gladly accept returns of items within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you have received your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags intact.
Initial shipping costs and taxes cannot be refunded and you will be responsible for any shipping costs on return items.
To initiate a return, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with "RETURN" in the subject line with your order number. We'll follow up with details.
Shipping on returns
You will be responsible for arranging shipping and paying costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If inventory allows, we will be happy to accommodate exchanges, however, please note that you will be responsible for return shipping and the cost to ship out the replacement goods.
